Alcohol service being suspended at bars statewide

The Florida Department of Health reported on Friday that there were 8,942 new cases, 39 new deaths and 212 hospitalizations.
As a response to the announcement of the jump in numbers, the Department of Business and Professional Regulation is suspending the consumption of alcohol at bars statewide.

What's interesting to me is that, the bars aren't being ordered to close back down...they're being told not to serve alcohol for consumption on-site. I wonder what exactly this will mean for bars in Florida...will they have to switch back to a to-go/delivery method until this suspension is lifted?
