It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere, Right?

According to a new survey, 16% of Americans think it’s OK to start drinking -- on non-working days -- at noon.

13% think we should wait until 6 p.m.

But, 10% disagree and admit that drinking before 10 a.m. is no problem.
