Two men are facing charges for torturing a Plastic Surgeon in Broward County.
Prosecutors announced yesterday that Deerfield Beach's Justin Boccio and Spain's Sergei Nkorina are facing federal charges that include kidnapping.
The suspects allegedly forced the doctor into a van in January, and for hours, Tased him, tied him to a chair, burned his hands with a blowtorch, beat him and forced him to drink alcohol until he passed out.
The two also tried to rob the man's home but were unsuccessful.
Officers found the doctor tied up in a car outside of Cheetah's Gentleman's Club on Hallandale Beach Boulevard.
