Hairstylists provide back to school haircuts for kids in need

In Omaha, Nebraska, hairstylists provided back-to-school haircuts to more than 50 needy kids.

The charity group Open Door Mission organizes this event each year – and it seems to keep growing.

This year, they brought a busload of kids to a school for hairstylists – who quickly got to work trimming, shampooing and – of course – taking pictures.

The kids are ready to go back to school in style. But they’re also going to end summer vacation with a bang, as they were also treated to lunch from Chick-fil-A and a showing of The Lion King at a local theater, all thanks to the generosity of the donors and volunteers.
