Teen beats cancer to graduate high school

It's graduation season, and Joshua Suarez of Dallas is getting ready to walk across the stage to receive his high school diploma -- something he thought he would never get to do.

Suarez was diagnosed with stage-4 testicular cancer when he was just 15. He had been looking forward to a bright, long future, so he pledged to fight as hard as he could to beat the disease.

He lost a lot of weight and went through 11 rounds of chemotherapy, but he never gave up. His doctors recently confirmed that he's beaten cancer and now he's just a few days away from receiving his high school diploma.

Suarez will attend Albion College in Michigan where he'll double-major in art and pre-med. He plans to someday be an oncologist.
