As the organic food demand grows, so does the amount of “organic junk food.”.That means some organic snacks may not be as healthy as you think.

Sugars and how it’s made may be the universal problem. Even in healthy foods. For example, high fructose corn syrup is now restricted, but in organic food you’ll find brown rice syrup which is equally as high on the glycemic scale.
