INRIX just came out with their annual Global Traffic Scorecard, which analyzes traffic and congestion in 200 cities across 38 countries.Americans lost an average of 97 hours a year due to congestion, which translates to costs of close to $87 billion, or $1,348 a person.Boston, Massachusetts was named the city with the worst congestion, with 164 hours lost due to congestion last year, followed by Washington, DC, which lost 155 hours.CLICK HERE TO SEE THE FULL REPORT
