Fitness In A Covid World

The good folks at Garmin reviewed some data, and saw how differently we've been working out. The big spikes have been yoga, walking and cycling at home. I've actually considered getting an exercise bike, but being able to take a stroll in the neighborhood, and practicing martial arts is currently more appealing. The cool part is more people are exercising and they're experimenting new ways to do it from home! Click here to read more!
