High school robotics teams give new rides to kids in wheelchairs

In Kansas City, Missouri, 150 high school students on robotics teams got together to engineer and create 22 miniature cars and scooters for kids with disabilities.

Everyone involved was excited to see the kids moving around on their own in their “Power Wheels,” knowing that the vehicles don’t just allow the kids to be mobile – but independently mobile.
