Soldier Surprises Son at a Pretend Pep Rally

Soldier Surprises Son at a Pretend Pep Rally

After a 10-month deployment to Texas, and then Iraq, U.S. Army Sergeant Kenny Beach had plans to return home -- and wanted to surprise his son, David, in a special way.

So, Kenny worked with school administrators in Gooding, Idaho, to organize a pep rally.

All the kids gathered to hear a special guest speaker. And that special guest, of course, was Kenny.

The father and son had a wonderful reunion that all could enjoy.

And now, with Kenny back home, the two are excited to hang out and have some fun together again. (KMVT-TV)
