Earlier this month, Casey Bruno graduated from the University of Central Florida.
As it is with all college graduates, the accomplishment was something to be proud of and celebrated. But in this instance, Casey had something extra to be proud of, as she suffers from anxiety and depression.
Casey was able to overcome these extra challenges thanks to her service dog, a two-year-old Dalmatian named Paisley.
Well, during the graduation ceremony, Casey wanted to reward Paisley for all of her help, so Casey gave Paisley her very own graduation cap -- so they could take graduation pictures together.
It was only fair that Paisley was a big part of graduation day, considering Paisley was actually in the classes along the way.
And now that Casey has her bachelor’s degree, she’s preparing to attend graduate school, and counting on Paisley to be with her again, every step of the way.
