It’s been a busy time for two brothers -- Derrick and Derrickus Kelly. Derrick has been attending Florida State University and practicing with the football team -- and Derrickus has been away from home for two full years, stationed in Hawaii with the Navy.
Well, the Florida State football team recently had a spring game, which was definitely exciting for Derrick. But, it was made even more exciting when his brother ran out of the tunnel, onto the field, for a surprise reunion.
As the brothers greeted each other for the first time in a long time, fans gave them both a standing ovation -- and started a chant of “U-S-A.”
After such a memorable reunion, Derrickus had to return to Hawaii and continue his service. But, he will certainly be keeping an eye on the progress and success of his brother in Florida this season.
