According to a new study, women are happier at work than they are at home. Researchers say that working regular hours actually helps people relax. The researchers measured cortisol levels (cortisol is your body's natural stress hormone) in 122 study participants and found that the levels of stress hormones dropped significantly at work, especially in women. They also found that women who work consistently through their twenties and thirties report better physical and mental health at 45 years of age.
