Steve Miller claims to have slept while his daughter and 100+ teens partied in his Orange County home.

Authorities say they were dispatched to the home Friday night after several noise complaints from neighbors. When they arrived, they saw more than 100 teens partying in the home, drinking alcohol, and using prescription drugs. Five teens between the ages of 15 and 17 were hospitalized, including two in critical condition (one of the hospitalized teens was Miller's daughter).

The homeowner says he had no idea what was happening at his house, because he was asleep the whole time. He claims that if he'd known what was happening, he'd have "put a stop to it." But parents of the other teenagers want to hold Miller responsible for what happened under his roof.

Parents, what would you do in this situation? Should Mr. Miller be held responsible, or the teens themselves?
