Woman Says She Was Assaulted on Plane by Man Punching Her Reclined Seat

On a recent American Airlines flight from New Orleans, Louisiana, to Charlotte, North Carolina, a woman says she was assaulted by the man behind her because her seat was reclined. TMZ reports that Wendi Williams says the man behind her asked her to put her seat up while he ate, which she did, but started punching her seat when she reclined it again. She says her body was "falling forward, hard" from his punches. "I thought videoing him would stop him," she said; she uploaded a video of the man thumping her seat on Twitter. Williams claimed that she'd "lost time at work, had to visit a doctor, got x-rays, and have has horrible headaches for a week." At first, she said she would be calling the FBI, but later conceded, "They have bigger fish to fry." Now, Williams says she just wants to find the man and press charges against him; she also wants flight attendant "Loretta" fired because she was unhelpful during the encounter.
